If there is a consumer purchase, under the Act on Distance (Article 7: 5 BW), you as a customer (customer) the right to the goods within a period of 14 days without giving a reason to sign up for return.
Goods receipt must be immediately checked for damage. Any damage must be made within 24 hours of receipt in writing to The Windsor Bathroom Company to be reported. After this period complaints are no longer possible.

Of returning the goods always done on behalf of the buyer (client) and these costs do not fall to recover from the supplier (The Windsor Bathoom Company). Returns must be returned within 14 days of notification being received by us.
What is a cooling-off period / inspection period?
In the Netherlands a statutory cooling-off period / period of 14 days (Law on Distance Selling) from the moment the order is in your possession. Within this trial period, you can view the item and / or fit, unless otherwise stated.
The reflection period / inspection period is a time when you decide that you do not want to buy the product. You can return it. You do not need to tell you why you do not want the product. Items can be returned provided it is returned within the trial period, in the unspoilt, not described, and -as far as reasonably possibilities in original (factory) package is complete, unused and undamaged.
An item can not be exchanged or returned if:
- Articles damaged, used or incomplete.
- Non original packaging (s)
- Entries made on special request.
- Items that have been custom made.
- It's your second exchange.
Purchase Amount Return
If the returned item is received by us, we will refund the paid purchase price (incl. Shipping) within 30 days on your behalf.
We charge for returns handling / processing fee. These amounts a minimum of € 10 or 20%.
